Charles T. Harris, owner of First Bite Barbeque, learned the art of cooking from various family members at a young age. The Mississippi native soon realized he had a calling for creating delicacies which led him to begin catering for locals and surrounding areas.

 

Expanding his business further, he used his family secrets to craft a blend of spices, fish fry, and flour that enhance the taste of grilled or fried chicken, pork, steak, fish, and more!

Harris enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends.
