You will receive orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes or Padded Envelopes. Packages are shipped from Mississippi and should arrive within 3-5 business days unless an item is on backorder. Please Note: During holiday seasons or times of increased mail volume, delivery times may vary.

Shipping prices vary depending on package weight. Please keep in mind these prices are not set by First Bite BBQ, LLC but by the USPS. Once your order is received, you will receive an email confirming your purchased merchandise which is a confirmation that processing time has begun. Next, you will receive an email confirming shipment with tracking number. Please allow 24 hours after you have received tracking number to allow USPS time to update systems. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact USPS and file a claim.
