Hello! I'm Charles!
And I would like to welcome you to the first of many, First Bite Confessions!
It's Officially Holiday Season!
And there's nothing better than hearty meals made with love and gravy, especially this Thanksgiving and Christmas. Today, I'm going to teach you how to make gravy in 10 minutes! This gravy will be the perfect combination for meats or potatoes.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce (optional)
salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium sauce pan bring beef broth to boil, over medium-high heat. Stir in seasoned flour mix, and worcestershire sauce.
Stir with whisk until desired consistency.
Season with salt and pepper. Taste, add more salt and pepper if needed, and taste again to make sure it's just right.
Serve hot over your favorite meats or potatoes.
NOTES
This recipe makes about 2 cups of gravy and can easily be doubled or even tripled if you use a large sauce pan.
